Response and Booking

Do you work weekends and public holidays?

Weekends, public holidays, the odd 3am Tuesday, it's all the same roster to us. Nobody gets a different service because of the day on the calendar.

How does the callback form work?

Fill in a few details and someone rings you back, no automated menu to sit through. Good option if you're somewhere you can't easily take a call right now.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

Anything with water going where it shouldn't, no hot water, a toilet running non-stop, or a gas smell. Not certain it qualifies? Ring (02) 9138 6510 and lay it out for us, we'll give you a straight read on it.

How fast can you get here?

On-site fast is the goal on every callout, day or night. The exact order depends on what else has come in, but nothing sits untouched once we know about it.

Your Suburb, Our Patch

What does heavy rain do to Kingsgrove's plumbing?

This suburb sits right where the Wolli Creek catchment begins, so stormwater lines here take on a heavy load early in a storm. Older drains here surcharge under that load faster than newer infrastructure elsewhere would.

How local are you to Kingsgrove, really?

We're regularly along the Kingsgrove Road shopping strip and in and out of the industrial precinct near Bunnings Warehouse, not just passing through for one job. Name a street near the station and odds are good we've already had a job on it.

Why do Kingsgrove's older homes keep us busy?

Plenty of the post-war brick homes near the station were laid with vitrified clay drainage that's now decades past its intended life. That single detail explains a good share of the blocked-drain calls we get on the older streets.

Which suburbs do you service?

Kingsgrove itself, plus Bexley North, Bexley, Beverly Hills, Arncliffe and Kogarah. If you're in that stretch, a licensed plumber is a phone call away.

The Legal Side, Made Simple

What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?

Our own labour, unconditionally: we come back. No questions. No cost. That's the whole promise, nothing extra attached to it.

What jobs actually need a licensed plumber by law?

In NSW, most plumbing, drainage and gas work legally has to go through someone licensed for it, not just a handy relative. Hot water installs, gas fitting and drainage work are the ones people most often get wrong on that front.

Can I check your plumbing licence?

Yes, straightforward. Our NSW Plumbing Licence is #275278C, and we'll show it the moment you ask.

Who can legally do gas work in NSW?

Only a plumber whose licence specifically covers that category of gas work. We check that match every time before a gas job goes ahead.

Money, Fixed Prices and the $0 Call Out Fee

Do prices change once the job starts?

Once you've said yes to a price, that's the number, even if the job runs longer than planned.

Only if something genuinely different turns up mid-job do we pause and check with you first.

How can I pay?

Whatever payment method suits, sorted on the day the work's finished. Just ask the plumber on-site what's accepted.

Is the quote really free?

Completely. Looking at the job and pricing it costs nothing, whether or not you go ahead.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No, there's a $0 Call Out Fee on every job. The price we quote is the price you pay, and that's it.
